You can reach out to customers with tailored messages that contain their loyalty properties to encourage points redemption and boost repeat purchases.
Welcome + join incentive: “Thanks for joining! You’ve got 200 points waiting—tap to create your account & redeem.” (Rivo points as the dynamic value in Attentive). First-purchase nudge with loyalty value: If subscriber hasn’t ordered, send SMS showing potential points on their current cart to tip to first purchase. (Aligns with Rivo “Potential Loyalty Points” concept and loyalty personalization via Attentive).
